How We Can Help:
Downsizing and preparing for a move after living in your home for many years can be a daunting task.  Most folks don't realize how much work is involved and it how it can take months to literally empty out every drawer, every file, every closet.  It can be an accumulation of 40, 50 even 60 years worth of stuff.    Your limited physical abilities and an accelerated time frame may pose challenges and frustrations.  You also have to figure out what will fit in your new home.  What to bring?  What to sell?  What to throw away.  That is where we come in.

Our Senior Transition Services:

• Evaluating your contents and guiding you on what to keep, bequeath, sell, donate, shred and discard
• Photographing your items so they can be placed in the proper spot in your new home or to maintain a list of what was sold and/or donated
• Holding an estate sale to sell your possessions you do not want to keep.  If an estate sale is not an option, we can reach out to our private buying list to sell off your sellable items.  We can also contact dealers, auctioneers, consignment shops to gauge interest in selling selected possessions
• Scheduling charitable organizations to pick up items to be donated - we have a whole list as we work with them on a regular basis for our estate sale division
• Coordinating with a mobile shredding service to pick up documents requiring shredding
• Arranging for the disposal of unwanted items and trash
• Contacting a professional mover to arrange for an estimate to move your contents
• Handle the packing process if you choose not to have your mover do the packing.  Overseeing the mover on the loading up and unloading on moving day
• Unpacking your boxes and recreating the feeling of home in your new residence
• Personal Shopping Help - we would be happy to drive you around and buy items that will be needed in your new home. Since we are in the estate sale business, home decor is our specialty

White Glove Packing Services 
We help get you organized for a move. Based on your preferred categories, we will sort your belongings.   We will pack up and box up all of your belongings with labels on each box.
