Staging Services 
​The first time a buyer comes into your home is the most important moment and making a great first impression is key.   Buying a home is the most expensive decision people make in their lifetime so they are analyzing your home from top to bottom. Having a professionally staged home will emphasize a home’s space and functionality, bringing out the best in a home.  

We focus on making your home's square footage look twice as big and look bright and airy as if sunshine pours through each window.

We not only focus on the interior of the home, but will work on prettying up the outside of the home as well.

We stage our homes to appeal to the largest number of potential buyers by using a neutral design palette, occasionally adding color to add excitement to a room. We have painters we work closely with and will pick the right colors to emphasize the decor and style of the home.

Our specialty is using what you already have - this will keep costs down and there are no rental fees.  We have done miracles with our past clients even when the realtor thought there was no hope in using what the client had to work with.   

Examples of our work:

1. We did a home in Chatham that the client had large, Gothic furniture and a house full of broken items and 2 inches of grime in the kitchen.  We disposed of all the broken items, packed up most of the smalls, degreased the kitchen and then staged the entire house from the front porch to the back porch to the side yard.  The realtor was in shock with how beautiful the home came out. The house went under contract with the first person who viewed the home. Buyer liked the staging so much he bought the contents of the home as well.
   
   
   
2. Gorgeous townhome in a beautiful part of South Orange had sat on the market for 9 months with no bites.  Client brought BHM in to do the estate sale. During the course of our appointment the client asked us what we would do if he was to bring us in to do the staging.  We gave a synopsis of what we would do and how fast we could do it. Bam - he hires us to do both the staging and the estate sale. We had the house staged w/in a few days and the realtor was so impressed she brought in a photographer to take new pictures of the home.  House was under contract w/in two weeks of our staging job.
